Explosion Isolation Valve None Return Valve

    Explosion isolation valve working principle

The explosion isolation valve, is a passive one-way explosion-proof valve that is used on pipelines
containing combustible dust to allow dust and gas in the pipeline to pass through in one direction to
prevent the reverse propagation of the explosion. The correct use of explosion-proof valves can prevent
dust explosions from spreading from downstream pipelines to upstream pipelines, thereby effectively
avoiding "secondary explosions" or "multiple explosions", preventing the expansion of dust explosion
accidents, and protecting people and property Security.
This product is only used in negative pressure process system. Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of
negative pressure process system. The working principle of this product is shown in Figure 3. In normal
operation, the flap relies on the suction of the airflow in the pipe or manually opened to allow the gas
and dust in the pipe to pass through; the heavy hammer device is used to fix it in the fully opened
position. It not only prevents the wind speed in the pipeline from reducing the opening angle of the flap
to increase the wind resistance, but also prevents the flap from being completely closed and triggering
the locking device after the production is stopped. When a dust explosion occurs in the downstream
1container, the flap is quickly closed before the flame reaches under the dual action of the explosion
shock wave and the flap's gravity, and the locking device is triggered. Prevent the flap from reopening,
and prevent flames or sparks from spreading to the upstream pipeline of the explosion-proof flap valve.

    1. Bolts with a strength of not less than 8.8 should be used for installation. All bolts should be
tightened crosswise, symmetrically and evenly. After tightening, the bolts should show 2-3
pitches of the nut. Violent loading and unloading is strictly prohibited.
    2. A sealing strip shall be provided between the explosion-proof flap valve and the flange connected
    to the pipeline.
    3. The strength of the pipeline between the explosion-proof flap valve and the protected container
should not be less than the maximum controlled explosion pressure of the explosion-proof flap
valve, namely pred, max. When the protected container adopts the explosion relief design, the10
maximum controlled explosion pressure That is the maximum explosion relief pressure.

    4. The specifications of the explosion-proof valve should match the pipe diameter; if there is no
suitable specification, a specification that is only one size larger than the pipe diameter should
be selected. For example, the DN630 pipeline should use the DN650 explosion-proof valve.
    5. The explosion-proof valve should be installed horizontally according to the indicated arrow on
the equipment, and the radial inclination angle should not exceed 10°.
    6. The explosion-proof valve should be installed in the upstream direction of the protected
container (such as the dust collector), and the length of the pipeline between the protected
container and the protected container should meet the installation distance requirements of the
    product.
    7. The position of the counterweight has been adjusted to the correct position before the product
leaves the factory, and the position has been marked (the upper and lower positions of the
counterweight). The user must confirm that the counterweight is in the correct position before
installation: the upper and lower position marks are both exposed. If the counterweight is not in
the correct position, it must be adjusted to the correct position. At the same time, it is necessary
to confirm that the torque between the counterweight and the flap to the shaft is equal, that is,
the counterweight rod can stop at any position to maintain balance with the flap

    Use and maintenance requirements
    1. Before starting the fan, check the position of the lock lever of the explosion-proof flap valve to
confirm that the lock lever is not locked.
    2. Regularly check whether the bolts connecting the explosion-proof valve and the pipeline are
loose and fall off to ensure the overall sealing performance. The inspection period should not
    exceed 6 months.
    3. Regularly check the internal components of the explosion-proof valve to ensure that the
performance of the explosion-proof valve is complete, and the inspection period should not
    exceed 6 months.
    4. Regularly check whether the counterweight rod and shaft of the explosion-proof valve are tightly
fastened. The counterweight rod can be stopped at any position to maintain balance with the
flap. The inspection period should not exceed 6 months.
    5. Regularly check whether the bearing is running smoothly and whether it is true. The inspection
period should not exceed 6 months.
    6. This product is non-reusable and should be replaced immediately after explosion
